Clean filtered room

Clean rooms are closed spaces where production takes place in a controlled atmosphere of filtered air (filtered air is blown into the space).

Depending on a request, the room can be heated or cooled to desired temperatures with controlled humidity. The most common requirements for filtered areas are in the food industry (Drink chargers or the entire room filling) with the desired number of air changes within the space.

Construction of the room can be carried out in two ways (depending on the equipment and the process which is necessary to protect):

1. The construction of the room is made of sandwich panels (AISI 304/316 Ti - St colored) wich are filled with mineral wool or polyurethane mass
2. The construction (layer) is made of sheet metal (AISI 304/316 Ti)

Management system can be controlled:

1. Indoor temperature (heating - cooling)
2. Overpressure - disables the entry of air from the external environment within the space
3. Pressure and temperature alarm
